If your blog post's featured images are fairly low resolution, you may want to delete the top image canvas. Your blog will still look gorgeous, but the top banner section looks best when you upload an image that's 2500px on the long side. You can also use our fave TinyJpeg to make them small so your blog posts still load quickly!

What is most important to us is that you find the venue of your dreams. So, we are here to help! Everyone has a different style and vibe they are thinking of for their wedding, and every venue caters to something different.

Santa Barbara Historical Museum

Santa Barbara weddings don’t always have to be large events, especially in this pandemic landscape we are navigating. The Santa Barbara Historical Museum may nopt seem like your typical wedding venue, but it sure is gorgeous. It is an open-air museum with an Adobe Courtyard perfect for an intimate ceremony and reception. It is located in downtown Santa Barbara, so it will be easy for guests to get there if you choose a centrally located hotel!

La Arboleda

If you want to get out of the city of Santa Barbara, but stay in the county, La Arboleda is a wedding venue located in Buellton. There is no lack of lush gardens, immaculate lawns, and acres of trees for the perfect wedding day.

Nestled into the wine country, La Arboleda provides a rustic atmosphere for a peaceful, countryside wedding day. With lots and lots of wine, of course.

Sunstone Vineyards & Winery

Another Santa Barbara wine country venue, Sunstone Vineyards & Winery will transport you right to the Tuscan countryside in Italy. There are outdoor courtyards available, as well as an indoor event area with French limestone, exposed wood and other rustic features for perfect photographs.

(THE MUSHY FEELINGS PART)

Why we (really) shoot weddings

Relationships are not always a walk in the park on a sunny day.

Sometimes it feels like you’re walking in the wind, in a thunderstorm without an umbrella, you know? But when you’re TOGETHER in that storm with the perfect someone, it's always worth it.

We know from experience in how life changing a positive intimate relationship can be (seriously, if you’d have met both of us prior to our marriage you wouldn’t believe it was us). We get to cheer each other on, call each other out, and choose to love each other in every moment. It’s the best. It’s simple, but it’s sacred.

And THAT is why we do what we do.

It’s our mission to support every couple: help you relax and stay present, from your first call with us to the moment you’re cuddled up scrolling through your wedding gallery and wiping away fresh tears.

It’s our honor to capture every wedding, because we recognize the sacredness of your love and relationship.

Totally chill if that’s not your thing (it’s a pretty sappy WHY but it’s real), so no hard feelings if you want to just head back to google now. But if this hit you in the feels, we’ve got you 👀
